UNI-QUEUE Kiosk · Please read before proceeding
UNI-QUEUE manages the flow of transactions in the Registrar, Cashier, and Accounting offices of BulSU Bustos Campus, providing real-time queue tracking, monitoring, and email notifications.
When using the kiosk, the system may collect your Student ID Number, Full Name, Program / Course, and, optionally, your Email Address.
Each queue number is valid only for the office session on the day it is issued. Unused or forfeited numbers will not be reinstated. Numbers may be reset in the event of system maintenance or office closure.
BulSU Bustos Campus and the UNI-QUEUE team are not liable for inconvenience arising from downtime or technical errors. The kiosk is a service aid and does not guarantee transaction completion times.
These terms may be updated by BulSU Bustos Campus administration at any time. Continued use of the kiosk constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
